- three car accidents in the snow and ice
- two lawnmowers
- two snow shovels
- four computer
- seven hard drives
- two degrees
- three septic tank disasters + an unknown number of basement floodings
- fourteen jobs
- ten fountain pens
- two large format cameras, two medium format, and innumerable 35mm
- one darkroom (now in basement)
- ten years' supply of needlework projects
- two tornado warnings
- two Midwest blizzards
- twelve rounds of finals survived
- lots and lots of root beer
- sixteen trips home
- one hundred fourteen days apart
- two hundred eighteen books acquired this year alone
- and still no babies

Awesome collection of books. Daunting number of finals (respectful bow in your direction). Ten years' supply of needlework . . . that sounds about right. (Did you acquire some of yours from Aunt Cookie's place, too, in a spurt of, "Oh, I'll be ambitious!"?) I was not surprised about the darkroom; rather, my suspicions were confirmed. Now I know who to turn to for help when I need to install my own. Congrats to you both!
